• With trusted partners or service providers (e.g., logistics, payment processors, delivery services) who must protect confidentiality and use data solely for providing services to SBSA.
• With partners such as Amazon, when required to complete an order.
• As required by law, to protect SBSA’s rights, or in urgent circumstances for user/public safety.
• Personal and order data are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the transaction, meet legal obligations, or maintain essential business records.
• Order data is securely deleted following NIST 800-88 standards once no longer required.
• You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to exceptions (legal compliance, fraud prevention, debugging, research, or free speech rights).
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing

• Encryption: TLS 1.2/1.3 for data in transit; AES-256 for data at rest.
• Access Controls: Role-based, logged, and monitored.
• Third-Party Standards: Service providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and security.
SBSA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.
You will be able to connect your SBSA account to third party accounts.
